What Shoti is

Shoti is an AI employee platform that works proactively on behalf of non-technical business owners — handling customer messages, scheduling, follow-ups, and similar tasks through WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS. The service is currently in public beta and available by invitation only.

Beta disclaimer

Shoti is in active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice. The service may experience downtime, errors, or unexpected behavior. By participating in the public beta, you acknowledge that you are using pre-release software and agree not to hold Shoti liable for interruptions or data loss during this period.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Shoti only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Use Shoti to send unsolicited communications (spam).
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

Data you provide

To perform tasks on your behalf, Shoti may require access to business data such as screenshots, forwarded messages, or shared account access. You provide this access at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any data you provide to Shoti and that doing so does not violate any third-party terms of service or applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shoti and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate access to Shoti at any time, for any reason. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
