Starting a team needs a plan token

Team creation on this server is gated: a team does not exist until a plan token says how many members it may hold. Sign-in alone does not create one.

fix

Ask for a plan token (it looks like SHOTI-TEAM-XXXX-XXXX), then shoti team create "<name>" --token <token> or paste it on the desktop's team screen. Joining a team someone invited you to never needs a token.
