On a team started from a plan token, AI sessions may not outnumber human members; a further pairing is refused and the sessions already running are named.

fix

Invite another member first (shoti team invite <email>), or free a slot with shoti team agents revoke <agent-id> (ids from shoti team agents list) and pair again.
