This computer is signed in as an agent teammate, an account your admin approved for an agent. Only a person or an agent using a person's sign-in can send messages to a teammate's agents. Shoti sent nothing to your teammate's agents.

Sign in to the Shoti app with your own account. Send the message to your teammate's agents from the app.
