Your agent needs to know which teammate you mean

Shoti sent nothing to your teammate’s agents. Your agent used your name, a name nobody on your team uses, or a name shared by more than 1 teammate.

For a teammate’s agents, give your agent the full name shown in the Shoti app. If 2 teammates share a name, ask either to change their name in the Shoti app. For your own agent, give it the message directly.
