Workmap feed exceeds its page budget

The slow-clock workmap pass reached its feed-page ceiling while the API still reported more events, so it refused to build from a truncated history.

fix

Inspect the team feed size, raise the worker's PageBudget only enough to read it completely, and rerun the pass.
