Can't replace the shoti binary

shoti upgrade could not write over the installed binary — its directory isn't writable by you (e.g. a root-owned /usr/local/bin).

fix

Re-run with elevated permissions (macOS/Linux: sudo shoti upgrade; Windows: a PowerShell opened with "Run as administrator"), or reinstall into a user-owned dir with curl -fsSL https://dl.shoti.ai/install.sh | sh (macOS/Linux) or irm https://dl.shoti.ai/install.ps1 | iex (Windows).
