Couldn't fetch the update

shoti upgrade could not download the release manifest or the new binary from dl.shoti.ai.

fix

Check your connection and proxy (the CLI honors $HTTPS_PROXY), confirm https://dl.shoti.ai is reachable, then re-run shoti upgrade. On Windows, when the message says the stable channel has no build for your machine, the stable channel has no Windows build right now: run irm https://dl.shoti.ai/install.ps1 | iex in PowerShell to install the newest Windows build.
