Every request works in its own copy of your project, kept outside your folder so your own files are never touched. This request's copy is no longer on disk.

fix

Press Continue. Shoti brings the copy back with the work that was in it, and your agent carries on where it left off. Your own project folder is untouched either way. If the copy was saved when the request finished, Continue restores it from that save; if the folder was removed some other way, Continue makes a new copy from your project's base branch.
