Test ping was skipped

The desktop test-ping couldn't record its liveness marker because another shoti process held the liveness write lock past the budget, so the write was skipped rather than blocking. Nothing was recorded — this is not a failure of your setup.

Wait a moment for the other process to finish and send the test ping again.
