No map root set for this machine

The map-simplification one-root registry (~/.shoti/root.json) has no directory registered for this team — shoti root scan and shoti doctor have nothing to walk.

fix

Run shoti root set <path> with the folder that holds your work (it may contain one or many git checkouts). The desktop app can also register a root the same way; either writes the same file.
