The installer doesn't ship a prebuilt binary for this operating system or CPU architecture.

fix

Use the desktop app from https://shoti.ai. On Windows, when the version you asked for has no Windows build, remove $env:SHOTI_VERSION and run irm https://dl.shoti.ai/install.ps1 | iex again to install the newest Windows build.
