Name a session to dispatch to

shoti fleet build hands a place to one of your own live fleet sessions on another machine, so it needs a target session — but no --to <session-id> was given.

fix

Pass --to <session-id> naming one of your own live sessions. List them with shoti fleet sessions <fleet-id>, or pick one from the desktop Map. The session must be live and have run in the place's repo recently so the catch can hold it safe.
