Not a member of the active team

Your active team points at a team this account does not belong to, so the API refuses every broadcast to it. The message is accepted on your machine and then discarded, which is why nothing you send ever appears.

fix

Run shoti team list to see the teams you belong to, then shoti team use <name-or-id> to point at one. shoti doctor reports messages already discarded this way.
