--local requires --json

shoti doctor --local was run without --json. The --local flag only controls the machine-state JSON probe consumed by the desktop — it has no effect in the human-readable or --ci doctor path.

fix

Run shoti doctor --json --local to get a local-only machine-state JSON payload, or run shoti doctor (no flags) for the standard health check.
