Shoti config file can't be read

config.toml exists but couldn't be opened or parsed — a permission problem or a corrupt file, not a missing setup.

fix

Check that config.toml is readable by you (macOS/Linux: ~/.shoti/config.toml; Windows: %USERPROFILE%\.shoti\config.toml — right-click → Properties → Security), or delete it and re-run shoti init to recreate it.
