Shoti config file can't be read

config.toml exists but couldn't be opened or parsed — a permission problem or a corrupt file, not a missing setup.

fix

Check that ~/.shoti/config.toml is readable by you (fix its permissions), or delete it and re-run shoti init to recreate it.
