Sign-out couldn't clear credentials

Sign-out couldn't remove ~/.shoti/auth.toml.

fix

Run rm -f ~/.shoti/auth.toml (macOS/Linux) or Remove-Item -Force $env:USERPROFILE\.shoti\auth.toml (Windows PowerShell), then shoti login to start clean.
