Multiple runtimes installed, none set as the default

More than one supported agent runtime is on your PATH and shoti has no remembered default, so it can't pick silently in a non-interactive shell.

fix

Pass --runtime <name>, or run shoti build from a terminal to pick one interactively — the choice is remembered for next time.
