Claude Code isn't on your PATH

shoti build hands the scoped place off to a local Claude Code session, but the claude command wasn't found on your PATH.

fix

Install Claude Code (https://claude.com/claude-code) so claude is on your PATH, or run shoti build <place-id> --dry-run to print the brief without starting a session.
