Aider isn't wired in v1

shoti install-hooks detects Aider but does not configure it, so Aider sessions cannot use Shoti through the supported setup path.

fix

Use Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex for broadcasting. Aider outbound support is not available in v1.0.
