Agent pairing code rejected

The agent pairing code was rejected — it may have expired (15-minute TTL), already been used, or the owner denied the request.

fix

Mint a fresh code: shoti team agents add <name> (owner-initiated) or shoti login --pair-request <name> (agent-initiated device flow), then redeem the new code within 15 minutes.
